As parents of small kids, sons and daughters of our parents and grandparents we want you to know that you can trust us to be as responsible as if you were part of our family in preventing any sickness for you, for us and for our families. 


Over the past few days, so many of you have been at our restaurant and on our social media asking for healthy and safe alternatives other than fast-food stops and wanting vitamin rich food options. We want you to know that your health and safety is our first priority, too.


We’ve always taken great pride in our clean and superb contamination prevention skills, and we know this is more important than ever right now. 


On top of our daily cleaning procedures, we’re adding hours before and after to make our cleaning routines even more rigorous. 


This means more time will be spent cleaning the small details and focusing on a different a different customer support approach, which include the following 8 steps, which have been implemented since the beginning of our company with some new implementations taking place in order to work hand in hand in taking care of our communities, as detailed below:

Staffing up our team to support in-demand services like calling to place Order-Pickup and order Drive-Up. (NEW IMPLEMENTATION)


Dedicated timer for our team to hand wash for at least 20 seconds after person to person contact or cash contact. (CEVICHE BOWL STANDARD PRACTICE)


Special sanitizing solution for all our dining utensils and cooking/serving needs. (CEVICHE BOWL STANDARD PRACTICE)


Separating tables at least three feet away from other guests, which public health experts now advice. (NEW IMPLEMENTATION)


Sanitizer always available at our main window or per table upon request. (CEVICHE BOWL STANDARD PRACTICE + NEW IMPLEMENTATION)


Cleaning of surfaces like touchscreens and counter tops at-least every 30 minutes. (CEVICHE BOWL STANDARD PRACTICE + NEW IMPLEMENTATION)


CDC and Ecolab approved disinfecting spray applied to tables and chairs after every customer leaves. (CEVICHE BOWL STANDARD PRACTICE + NEW IMPLEMENTATION DUE TO BEING MORE RIGOROUS)


And of course, we’re committed to taking care of our team by having team member monitoring and prevention to make sure they stay home until cleared and knowing they have our full support until healthy and cleared . (CEVICHE BOWL STANDARDS)


Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the CDC, and our local and state governments which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. 


And, out of an abundance of caution, we’ve temporarily stopped serving our complimentary Peruvian corn-nuts in order to prevent person to person contamination unless you ask for it individually. 


At the core of our company’s purpose is a commitment to help our communities and families, and it’s something we will always take pride in. This is why we’ll be working hard to keep our restaurant open so we can be there to bring a sense of calmness and a great worry-free meal every time to  you and your families.
